I live in Werris Creek which is a small country town in the north of NSW.

I might also mention incidentally that the photo featured in the heading banner above (PC and tablet) was taken not far from where the cow farm I discuss in Chapters 1 and 2 is located. This sort of landscape may not be particularly appealing to you, but for me it was a very serene scene in the late 90s when the details discussed in these two chapters unfolded.
